This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills, work alongside experienced colleagues, and make a meaningful contribution to our organization., * 4+ years' experience as an IT Support Engineer / IT System Administrator or similar

 * Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with many different colleagues.
 * Proactive approach, anticipating needs and taking initiative.

This will make you stand out

 * IT Project experience (participating in or leading projects relevant to IT)
 * ITIL or ITSM experience
 * General networking Knowledge or with HPe Aruba specifically

## Description

Provide excellent 1st & 2nd level IT Support to LW employees on:

 * Hardware (Asset management & Procurement of HP & Mac etc.)
 * Installation, configuration, and problem solving on Windows PCs, Mac and O365 applications.
 * End-user support and basic 365 portal administration on The Office 365 suite (incl. Teams, SharePoint, Power BI)
 * Mailbox management for end-users and shared mailboxes
 * Intune device management
 * Basic Knowledge on Administration of Windows Servers
 * Active Directory user management
