As a Senior Data Analyst at Clair, you'll join a growing team of data practitioners who are passionate about bringing financial security to underserved communities by giving workers access to their earnings right when they need them. As a trusted thought partner to product and business teams, you'll surface impactful insights supporting their goals. Through experimentation, analysis, modeling, and dashboard development, you'll surface recommendations to enable Clair to reach millions of hourly workers and help them get paid on demand.
The ideal candidate will consider themselves a "full stack" data analyst with experience across the entire data pipeline, including data ingestion, processing, modeling, and visualization.
