## About the Role

* Minimum 6 months work experience preferably with User Interface (IU) and UX Design
 * Possess good communication skills both writing and speaking
 * High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with Android Application Development
 * Understanding of user centered design principles
 * Experience in conducting usability testing and user research

## Description

* Independently conduct detailed user analysis to identify opportunities for improving user interaction and satisfaction
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate user feedback into design iterations and project deliverables
 * Recognize recurring usability challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall user experience
 * Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for user experience design within the team
 * Support the team by sharing insights and findings that help shape project direction and improve outcomes
 * Review mobile apps and games for US market and be able to provide UI/UX recommendations based on quantitative evidence material design and latest best practices
 * Expected to perform with less supervision once training is completed
 * Required active participation contribution in team discussions
 * Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems
 * Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
 * Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design alignment
 * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
