o Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline preferred.

o Lead and manage a team of IT Product Analysts, improving and adhering to product management best practices.
o Oversee product prioritization, requirement documentation, and change management to ensure alignment with the IT product strategy.
o Navigate organizational boundaries, foster a culture of innovation, and utilize a deep understanding of the organization's capabilities and technology to facilitate effective product changes that align with customer needs while efficiently leveraging IT resources.
o Assess the effectiveness of the evolving product in meeting customer and business needs through ongoing measurement and evaluation and facilitates appropriate adjustments to achieve the desired outcomes.
o Promote planning, execution, and delivery of new product features to ensure implementation within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
