Candidates must also have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance. * Six or more years of experience in SAP end-to-end implementations and data migration. * Understanding of data-load methods and ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC, etc. * Experience in data management, including leading data-migration execution activities: cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, consolidation, validation, and defect resolution. * Proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, reconciliation, transformation, and automation tasks. * Expertise in data profiling and cleansing methodologies. * Experience designing and leading mock loads and data-validation cycles. * Understanding of leading practices for data-governance approaches, centers of excellence/shared-services structures, and data-governance processes and procedures. * Experience facilitating cross-functional team members working with complex schedules. * Team-lead expertise, including stream planning, status reporting, governance management, managing team progress against the plan, and escalating risks, issues, decisions, and changes, as well as budget management. * Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Additional experience that can differentiate you: * Experience with Agile methodology. ## Description @Orchard LLC has an immediate requirement for a Sr. SAP Data Migration Consultant to work closely with clients and the project team. The successful candidate will develop Master Data Management (MDM) and data-migration solutions throughout the full lifecycle of an SAP greenfield implementation. This includes migrating data from various legacy systems.
