High level of craftmanship within visual and UI design.

 * Experience in design systems and a track record of for solving creative problem sets.
 * Ability to solve complex design challenges across products or platforms.
 * Expert level proficiency with Figma and Figma libraries.
 * A collaborative and open-minded outlook, and a high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
 * Creative and analytical skills to facilitate workshops and communicate insights that inspire design opportunities.
 * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to effectively collaborate with engineering partners to bring designs to life.
 * An experimentation-driven approach to learning and working with new tools, for example Claude Code, Figma connectors, and advanced prototyping.
 * Desire for continuous learning-and active participation in an inclusive and empowering environment that encourages all members to do innovative and impactful work.
 * Solid understanding of and passion for accessible and inclusive design practices.
