Requirements * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is preferred. * At least 7 years of progressive experience leading IT, business technology, systems, or technology operations functions. * Demonstrated success creating technology strategy and converting business objectives into practical roadmaps and execution plans. * Experience managing managed service providers, technology vendors, contracts, service expectations, and performance outcomes. * Working knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud environments, identity and access management, data integrations, and business applications. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to executives, staff, and external partners. * Proficiency with technologies such as Active Directory, backup solutions, Cisco technologies, hardware environments, configuration management, CRM platforms, and ERP systems. * Ability to work effectively in a lean, evolving environment with a collaborative, accountable, and continuous-improvement mindset.
