## Description

The Data Center Critical Operations Engineer II operates, maintains, and troubleshoots critical facility systems to support reliable data center operations. This role requires an understanding of how electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire and life safety systems work together. The engineer also supports customer infrastructure projects, resolves operational issues, and provides technical guidance to other team members., * Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical data center systems.

 * Assess how changes or issues in one system may affect other facility systems and uptime.
 * Support customer infrastructure projects and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers.
 * Respond to equipment issues and help identify improvements to reliability and performance.
 * Follow established operating procedures and safety standards.
 * Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and on the job training to team members.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
