## Description

Buscamos un/a Functional Analyst IT cuyo objetivo será asegurar que los equipos de ingeniería trabajan con procesos claros, bien configurados y con datos fiables en herramientas como Jira, Confluence y SharePoint, apoyando la implantación y evolución del modelo operativo., * Configurar y mantener Jira: workflows, estados, tipos de incidencia, trazabilidad.

 * Apoyar a los equipos en el uso correcto del modelo operativo.
 * Revisar y mejorar la calidad del dato (componentes, estados, relaciones).
 * Documentar procesos y crear guías de uso.
 * Colaborar en automatizaciones sencillas con SharePoint y Power Automate.
 * Trabajar de forma cercana con managers y equipos técnicos.
