The engineer manages platform administration across development, test, and production, and runs a disciplined release process that moves configuration changes, business rules, and data integrations safely into production. The ideal candidate combines hands-on OneStream technical depth with an understanding of federal IT compliance requirements and the budget cycles OneStream supports, including PPBE, execution, and fund control reporting., * Administer OneStream applications across all environments, including application settings, workflow profiles, cube and dimension configuration, and application server health. * Manage user provisioning, security groups, roles, and data access controls in line with least-privilege principles and client account management policies. * Monitor system performance, job queues, task scheduler activity, and resolve failed jobs, locking issues, and consolidation or calculation bottlenecks. * Coordinate with OneStream Support and the hosting provider on incidents, patches, upgrades, and platform version releases. * Maintain Marketplace solutions and custom components, keeping versions consistent across environments. * Own the end-to-end release process for OneStream artifacts, including business rules, dashboards, cube views, data management sequences, transformation rules, and metadata. * Build and maintain repeatable promotion procedures for moving application exports and solution packages from development through test to production. * Establish version control (Git preferred) and artifact tracking practices so every production change is traceable to an approved requirement or defect. * Prepare release packages, deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and release notes, and present changes to the client Change Advisory Board (CAB). * Plan and execute releases around federal fiscal calendar milestones, such as budget submissions, quarterly reviews, and year-end close, to minimize disruption. * Conduct post-deployment validation and smoke testing with functional leads and end users. * Support and troubleshoot data integrations between OneStream and federal source systems (e.g., ERP, accounting, and personnel systems), including connectors, SQL queries, and file-based loads. * Maintain and schedule data management jobs and automated load routines and resolve load errors and data mapping discrepancies. * Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including control documentation, POA&M remediation, and audit evidence collection aligned to NIST SP 800-53. * Support audit readiness by maintaining access reviews, change logs, and configuration baselines. * Maintain system administration guides, environment inventories, release calendars, and standard operating procedures. * Work closely with OneStream developers, functional analysts, program managers, and government stakeholders to plan releases and communicate impacts., * Attention to Detail: Produce high-quality deliverables and outputs that align with contract outcomes. * Self-Sufficiency: Execute tasks independently, seeking client assistance only after internal resources are exhausted, ensuring requests align with contract goals. * Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members, including AMC resources, subcontractors, and government stakeholders. * Communication/Engagement: Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on. * Responsiveness: Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
