## About the Role

* Previous experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support role.
 * Experience supporting Windows environments, user accounts, authentication, and endpoint devices.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, VPN connectivity, and device management technologies.
 * Understanding of printer support, workstation imaging, software deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.
 * Experience working with ticketing systems and documenting technical support activities.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment.
 * Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting, moving, and installing IT equipment.
 * Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday 7AM - 4PM.

## Description

* Act as the primary on-site IT contact, providing front-line technical support for employees and escalating advanced issues when necessary.
 * Troubleshoot user access issues including account logins, multi-factor authentication, VPN connectivity, and Windows-based system access.
 * Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop applications, software updates, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
 * Image and provision new devices, enroll systems into device management platforms, and ensure compliance with company standards.
 * Install, configure, and support printers, scanners, peripherals, and other end-user hardware.
 * Perform daily walkthroughs of operational areas to proactively identify and resolve technical issues affecting productivity.
 * Record and manage incidents, service requests, and resolutions within the IT ticketing system.
 * Support hardware troubleshooting and replacement activities for monitors, docking stations, keyboards, cables, and related equipment.
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing, deploying, collecting, and decommissioning technology assets.
 * Maintain accurate inventory records for company devices and technology equipment.
