Experience working in agile development frameworks * Solid knowledge of development and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Polarion, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (or equivalent) * Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to structure complex content and address different stakeholder levels with impactful storytelling * Fluent in English, written and spoken. German language skills are considered an advantage * Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments * Resilient, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities * Willingness to travel as required ## Description The Digital Solution Engineering Specialist is accountable for contributing to the definition, development, and lifecycle management of digital and software solutions, including applications and product customizing tools, within the Home Solutions portfolio. The role supports the execution of the Business Line strategy by ensuring digital offerings are aligned with market needs, deliver clear customer value, and contribute to sustainable growth. The work model for the role is: Hybrid / remote. This role is contributing to the success of Business Line Home Solutions in Europe and Middle East.
