* 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (Spectrum ERP).

 * 10+ years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction industry.

 * Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically within accounting principles (General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll) or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).

 * Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.

 * Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Bonus Points For:

 * Experience utilizing Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.

 * PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.
