Sales Hub required; Marketing Hub and/or Service Hub, preferred * Demonstrated experience maintaining workflows, custom properties, and reports in HubSpot * Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in distribution, industrial, or manufacturing environments * Experience training and supporting non-technical end users across multiple teams or locations * Strong analytical skills with the ability to help translate CRM data into actionable recommendations * Strong organizational and communication skills * Technical aptitude with strong business and analytical skills. * Solid computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel, While performing this job, the employee must stand for long periods, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone, reach the keyboard, stoop, and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for computer work. ## Description The CRM Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot across the organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders to ensure CRM data is accurate, consistent, and effectively utilized. The CRM Administrator supports system configuration, workflows, reporting, and user adoption while providing training and ongoing support to help teams maximize the value of HubSpot.
