This role blends hands-on analytical work with people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic prioritization. The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing deep dives into data with guiding and mentoring a small team of data professionals. You'll oversee a small team of experienced data engineers and help hire a new data analyst, while personally contributing to high-leverage data projects. You'll partner closely with Product, Customer Experience, Field, and Business Systems teams to connect product usage with customer value - helping Benchling serve both our internal stakeholders and external users more effectively.
