Bachelor's in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * Data fluency: experience writing your own queries and dashboards on high-volume issue or operational data, and a track record of using metrics to change how work runs. * Tool-builder disposition: experience building light tooling to run your own program, and partnering with engineering to automate manual work. * Stakeholder leadership and communication: proven ability to align teams without direct authority and give leadership clear, concise updates. * Structure from ambiguity: a track record of breaking a complex or ambiguous problem or goal into workstreams, milestones and owners. ## Description * Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them. * Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks early and give leadership decision-ready updates. * Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the dedicated tools and automation team, help sequence what gets automated, and track delivery, adoption and the capacity it frees. * Manage intake and escalation. Maintain the intake paths, escalation criteria and shared boards partner teams rely on. * Plan commitments and capacity. Turn milestones into quarterly triage commitments and forecast demand across onshore, offshore and vendor teams
