The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, VSAM, CICS, and TSO/ISPF. This position involves application development, enhancement, testing, debugging, production support, and troubleshooting in a large-scale Mainframe environment., * 5+ years of professional experience in Mainframe Application Development. * Strong hands-on experience with COBOL. * Strong experience with JCL and Mainframe batch processing. * Experience working in IBM z/OS environments. * Hands-on experience with DB2. * Experience with IMS/DB. * Experience with VSAM. * Experience with CICS and/or IMS/DC. * Working knowledge of TSO/ISPF. * Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Experience supporting enterprise production applications. Preferred Skills * Experience with REXX. * Exposure to PL/I or Assembler. * Experience with large-scale enterprise Mainframe applications. * Experience with both batch and online transaction processing. * Familiarity with enterprise development, testing, release, and change-management processes. Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on Mainframe Developer who can work across the application lifecycle, including development, testing, debugging, production support, and issue resolution.
