* University undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with an advanced Master's degree heavily preferred.
 * Fifteen to twenty-five years of dedicated professional background in Technical Systems Engineering or Software Development.
 * Minimum of five years actively contributing to programs within the intelligence sector.
 * Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance, with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph strongly preferred.
 * Extensive knowledge of Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) ecosystems to drive application rollouts across on-premises servers and cloud environments.
 * Strong practical capabilities in Linux Systems Administration and overall operating system usage.
 * Hands-on expertise utilizing Kubernetes for cluster orchestration, alongside Docker, Helm, and K9s for container management.
 * In-depth understanding of DevSecOps methodologies, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
 * Skilled in applying Infrastructure As Code (IaC) solutions like Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
 * Fluency in modern scripting languages, specifically Python, Bash, Visual Basic For Applications (VBA), or Go.

* Architect resilient backend frameworks and advanced mission-oriented infrastructure to support evolving operational demands.
 * Implement modern deployment methodologies, spearheading the transition of legacy components into agile container ecosystems.
