The hours of operation are typically, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This position is eligible for hybrid work schedule. Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development * Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications. * Create front-end user interfaces using modern development frameworks and best practices. * Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations to support business processes. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while continuously improving performance and usability. Data & Analytics * Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions. * Design and support data models that enable efficient reporting and analytics. * Collaborate with Business Intelligence teammates, analysts, and business teams to understand and fulfill reporting requirements. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across solutions. Business Intelligence & Reporting * Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visual analytics solutions. * Create meaningful visualizations that help users identify trends, insights, and opportunities. * Translate business requirements into actionable metrics and performance indicators. * Support users with report enhancements and ongoing analytics needs. User Experience (UX) Design * Design intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces. * Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and workflow designs for new applications. * Apply UX and accessibility best practices to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
