## Description

* Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST,
 * knowledge of the ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM & CMDB Products
 * Custom applications using ServiceNow's App Engine
 * Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Widgets
 * Design and implementation of solution for maintaining CI data integrity across the CI lifecycle with due consideration to the ITSM process.
 * Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
 * Experience in CMDB health to support Assets and Configuration and CI relationships coming from discovered sources, manual sources from like relationship data from network team.
 * Build solutions around data certifications for maintaining CI sanity
 * Reconcile solution of the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
 * Manage upgrades, patches, cloning, and instance configurations.
 * Implement ACLs, RBAC, security controls, and CMDB best practices

Non-Technical:

 * Delivery oriented
 * Good learning and exploration attitude in new technologies and implement.
 * Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
