Note: This is a design-focused position centered on UX and visual design. Web development or coding experience is not required.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Senior UX/Web Designer to lead the design and execution of a website initiative. This role will focus on creating modern, user-centered digital experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong designer with expertise in UX, web design, and visual storytelling, not web development.

What You'll Do

 * Lead the design of website experiences from concept through final presentation.
 * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for key website pages.
 * Develop intuitive, visually compelling designs that improve usability and engagement.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
 * Create interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
 * Apply modern UX/UI principles, responsive design standards, and accessibility best practices.
 * Contribute ideas around motion, animation, and interactive elements to enhance the user journey.
