## About the Role

* 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or financial systems
 * 10+ years of experience in finance transformation or building and owning financial systems
 * 5+ years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams (such as business analysts, product managers, or technical leads)
 * Demonstrated track record of communicating and influencing effectively across all levels of an organization, including executive leadership, * Six Sigma training or certification
 * Project Management (PMP) training or certification
 * Experience and knowledge of AI integration with enterprise business systems

## Description

* Drive a team of Business Analysts and Product Managers in partnership with Optum Technology to create and own the Optum Insight data mart
 * Drive cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into technical product features and functional requirements for tool development
 * Manage product vision, product definitions, and multi-year roadmaps while guiding teams to manage and refine backlogs effectively
 * Oversee teams accountable for technology and data product build plans, prioritization, and execution
 * Manage teams performing initial product testing, data tie-outs, and automated SOX controls prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
 * Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align financial systems strategy with broader business objectives
