## About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project delivery department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 * 10+ years of overall IT/project management experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce project delivery.
 * Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
 * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
 * Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent).

## Description

* Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
 * Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define and deliver project objectives.
 * Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report status updates to leadership and executive stakeholders.
 * Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security/compliance standards.
