Preferred Qualifications * Microsoft, CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), CCNA, or ITIL certifications. * Experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, or advanced OT systems. * Prior lead or mentoring experience in a Site Support role Key Skills & Competencies * Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. * Leadership and mentoring capabilities. * Proactive, reliable, and focused on driving results and process maturity. * Strong documentation and continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to safely operate in a manufacturing facility. ## Description The IT Administrator serves as a senior on-site IT resource, informal lead, and technical escalation point at the manufacturing facility.
