The IT Security Operations Manager will oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security professionals, and help maintain a strong enterprise security posture. This role will manage security monitoring and incident response, vulnerability management, threat hunting, security reporting, and cybersecurity initiatives., * Leading and developing a Security Operations team.

 * Managing enterprise security tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and DLP.
 * Incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
 * Cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOX.
 * Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 security.
 * Working across infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams.
