* Strong troubleshooting and technical support experience across hardware and software

## Description

The IT Associate supports day-to-day IT operations across all JARS locations, including dispensaries, grow/production sites, and corporate users. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring all locations remain operational., * Provide technical support for POS systems, hardware, and software across all locations

 * Troubleshoot network connectivity, devices, and infrastructure issues
 * Manage IT service requests and maintain accurate documentation
 * Support onboarding/offboarding, system access, and security protocols
 * Track and maintain IT inventory, hardware deployments, and repairs
 * Assist with Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms, and system administration
 * Provide on-site support for store launches, issues, and installations as needed
 * Coordinate with vendors and support IT projects and system improvements
