This individual contributor role is responsible for driving the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs that support strategic business objectives across the Global Digital organization. The Senior Program Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business, and Operations stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance customer and user experiences. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and drive alignment across globally distributed teams. The successful candidate will oversee medium-to-large technology programs involving multiple stakeholders, interconnected workstreams, and complex dependencies. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver business outcomes, maintain execution excellence, and continuously improve delivery processes within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
