## About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Epic Wisdom Analyst to support our Dental and Oral Health applications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Epic WISDOM build, configuration, and optimization, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and integration with other Epic modules., * 3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with at least 1-2 years specializing in Epic WISDOM.

 * Epic WISDOM Certification (required).
 * Strong understanding of dental/oral health workflows.
 * Experience with clinical documentation, scheduling, and billing workflows in Epic.
 * Ability to perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user support.

## Description

* Configure, build, and maintain the Epic WISDOM module to support dental operations and workflows.
 * Partner with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
 * Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
 * Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows that improve efficiency and patient experience.
 * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies for patient data security.
 * Collaborate with other Epic teams (Cadence, Resolute, MyChart, etc.) to support integration and cross-module workflows.
 * Provide go-live and post-go-live support, including training and end-user assistance.
 * Document workflows, build changes, and maintain system-related knowledge base.
