Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. * PgMP certification preferred or commitment to obtain within 12 months. * PRINCE2 certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. ## Description * Lead complex, transformative programs across multiple business units, geographies, technologies, and cross-functional teams. * Define program vision, objectives, success criteria, governance, milestones, and delivery strategies aligned with business and customer goals. * Manage interconnected projects and project managers to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments. * Oversee end-to-end program delivery, coordinating project teams, technical teams, partners, customers, sponsors, and stakeholders. * Establish and maintain program governance, master schedules, performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting. * Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and uncertainties. * Manage program budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, scope, change control, and overall financial performance. * Provide executive-level program updates, performance reporting, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations. * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive effective communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. * Lead innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and organizational change initiatives. * Analyze data and program performance to identify trends, anticipate outcomes, and support strategic decision-making. * Assemble and lead end-to-end teams, providing direction, coaching, and support to project managers and technical teams. * Influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts while balancing competing priorities, resources, costs, schedules, and business requirements. ## Related Videos - [Grappling With Clunky Old Software?
