Job Summary: We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager - Non-IT to drive short-term project delivery within a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. Our focus is on finding a candidate who can bring structure, visibility, and executive-ready communication to complex workstreams that support planning capabilities and supply chain planning technology., * Lead program management activities with clear organization, traceability, and trackable work.

 * Develop digestible communications for executive-level stakeholders and ensure timely alignment across teams.
 * Collaborate across a matrixed environment with leaders, business owners, sponsors, and functional partners.
 * Support program delivery across agile and waterfall approaches while coordinating broad user-impacting work.
