A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance ## Description As a Policy Strategy & Transformation Consultant on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting policy governance, coordination, and implementation efforts related to OCS, PSC, and VTM. * Research and analyze statutes, executive orders, policies, directives, guidance, and operational requirements. * Draft and coordinate policy documents, memoranda, briefings, talking points, read-aheads, and status updates. * Support governance structures, stakeholder coordination, working groups, governance forums, data calls, and issue resolution. * Track issues, risks, dependencies, action items, and policy decisions, and prepare summaries, recommendations, meeting materials, and decision-support products. * Translate policy requirements into actionable guidance, assess impacts on operations and mission continuity, and identify policy gaps, operational risks, and vendor threats.
