As a Technical Program Manager - Body & Closures, you will be an integral part of the engineering and manufacturing support team, collaborating closely with mechanical engineers and external vendors to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for advancing autonomous technology and robotics, aligning seamlessly with the organization's innovative spirit., o 2-4 years of experience in project management, technical program management, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering. o Exposure to physical product development lifecycles, including design, sourcing, validation, and build, preferably in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or consumer electronics sectors. o Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. o Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project for project tracking and collaboration. o Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. ## Description o Build, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules for mechanisms, sealing, and structural integration to ensure timely delivery. o Act as a programmatic interface with external suppliers, tracking hardware build plans and coordinating part deliveries to meet project milestones. o Maintain bug and issue trackers (e.g., Jira), follow up on root cause analysis, and facilitate meetings to resolve hardware issues efficiently. o Facilitate cross-functional communication between mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and validation teams to support project alignment. o Conduct packaging investigations or manage clash analysis utilizing tools such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks to optimize CAD and packaging design processes.
