This role requires a high level of discretion, accountability, and collaboration across departments., * 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience * Demonstrated experience processing multi-state payroll (required) * Extensive hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (highly required) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, data validation, analysis) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy * Experience using Microsoft Outlook and professional written communication * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Preferred Experience * Experience with ADP E-Time or similar time and attendance system * HRIS administration or data management experience * Experience supporting audits or compliance reporting * Knowledge of benefit deductions, garnishments, and payroll reconciliations Key Competencies * Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * High level of integrity and confidentiality * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Strong organizational and time management skills * Continuous improvement mindset ## Description Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Payroll & HRIS Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
