Technical Experience: * Experience across several of the following areas is preferred: * Manufacturing/OT: MOM/MES, PLCs, SCADA, sensors, plant-floor systems, and OT/IT integration; exposure to Siemens MOM or similar manufacturing platforms is a plus. * Data: Operational and enterprise data, SQL/NoSQL, data integration/pipelines, streaming, and real-time analytics. * Cloud & Enterprise Architecture: AWS, Azure/GCP, hybrid cloud, and enterprise cloud architecture. * Applications & Integration: Application architecture, APIs, enterprise integrations, Java/Python/.NET, and related technologies. * Infrastructure & Security: On-prem infrastructure, networking/troubleshooting, IAM, and security architecture. * DevOps: Containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and related technologies. * Automation & Emerging Technologies: Automation, AI/ML, GenAI, AIOps, MCP, or related technologies where applicable to manufacturing use cases. * AWS Certified Solutions Architect is preferred. TOGAF or similar architecture experience/certification is a plus. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Solutions Architect to support technology initiatives within a manufacturing plant environment. This individual will serve as a local architect, working directly with plant operations, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology teams to identify and investigate operational and technology challenges, troubleshoot issues, develop solution architectures, gain stakeholder alignment, and help drive solutions through implementation. This role requires a self-starter and problem solver who is comfortable going directly to the production floor, understanding how systems and processes operate, gathering and analyzing information, and independently identifying problems and potential solutions.
