This role works closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturing operations achieve quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency objectives. * Support new product introduction and production scale-up initiatives * Drive process improvements across advanced capital equipment manufacturing, * Support new product introduction (NPI) and transition products from engineering into manufacturing. * Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation. * Identify and implement process improvements focused on quality, throughput, ergonomics, and cost reduction. * Provide hands-on shop floor support to resolve manufacturing, quality, and yield issues. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams on DFM and DFA initiatives. * Support material cost reduction and lead time improvement projects. * Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Design or specify tooling, fixtures, and test equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency. * Partner with suppliers and internal teams to improve component manufacturability and sourcing. * Support ERP data accuracy, production reporting, and KPI tracking. * Train and support production personnel on new processes and standard work.
