## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Business-Applikationslandschaft (ERP, CRM, etc.)
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Applikationsumfeld
 * Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Systementwickler und Anwender*innen bei systemtechnischen Anfragen
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Lösungsansätze gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen im 2nd-Level-Support
