Kennis van volgende tooling is een plus: * Azure AI Foundry, Databricks Mosaic AI, Microsoft Fabric * MCP, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel of andere agent frameworks * Bicep of Terraform, Azure DevOps of GitHub Actions * EU AI Act en Responsible AI-principes * Ervaring met het coachen of aansturen van een technisch team ## Description Plainsight is op zoek naar een Senior AI Engineer die het fundament legt waarop onze AI-oplossingen gebouwd worden en die mee het technische niveau van ons AI-team bepaalt. * Je vertaalt use cases naar een blueprint: requirements, datamodel, architectuur, technologiekeuze (inclusief waar data en modellen draaien), integraties, security en een kostenmodel. * Je ontwerpt composable: de eerste use case legt governance, infrastructuur en security patterns vast die elke volgende use case hergebruikt. * Je bouwt zelf mee aan complexe en agentic oplossingen en brengt ze verantwoord richting productie: evaluatie, monitoring, human-in-the-loop en schaalbaarheid. * Je bent reviewer en coach voor onze AI engineers: je bewaakt de quality gates en adversary reviews van ons Agentic Development Framework en helpt het framework verder evolueren. * Je adviseert klanten technologie-onafhankelijk (Microsoft, Databricks, Anthropic, OpenAI, open source, ...) en onderbouwt keuzes op basis van waarde, risico en kost. * Je denkt mee in pre-sales: je schuift aan bij klantgesprekken, schat de complexiteit in en maakt de technische inschatting. * Iemand die al een AI-oplossing in productie bracht en weet wat er daarna kan mislopen. * Een architect die zelf nog code schrijft, en een engineer die verder kijkt dan de volgende sprint. * Iemand die collega's graag beter maakt.
