## Description

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, rattaché.e au Responsable Support et Poste de Travail, nous recherchons une personne qui sera en capacité d'assurer l'installation, la maintenance et l'assistance de l'environnement Support, dans le respect des procédures définies en interne ou au niveau du groupe., Prise en charge ettraitements des appels téléphoniques (1er et 2nd niveaux).

 - Nourrir les bases d'incidents et assurer l'escalade des tickets.
 - Gestion des incidents (matériel et logiciel).
 - Participation à des actions de formations, relations avec des partenaires extérieurs.
 - Veiller au maintien, en tant que premier niveau, d'un très bon relationnel avec les utilisateurs.
 - Participation aux actions d'amélioration de la DSI en étant force de proposition.
 - Prendre en charge, ponctuellement, des projets internes à la DSI
 - Respecter les règles applicables dans l'entreprise en matière de Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement.
 - Déplacements sur Paris réguliers.
