## About the Role

We are searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and deployment of our voice AI technology across global partnerships including top automakers. This role requires a solid technical background in Linux and Python, with C++ knowledge as a bonus. Leadership, strong project management, and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds are essential., * You have a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

 * Your experience in technical program management includes Linux, Python, C++, ASR or other AI technologies.
 * You have a background in Android, audio, and signal processing, which is preferred.
 * You demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
 * You have been involved in large automotive projects.
 * You speak additional European or Asian languages - preferred.

## Description

* Lead and coordinate engineering teams focusing on developing advanced voice assistant systems.
 * Serve as the primary point of technical contact for international partners, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across cultural boundaries.
 * Develop detailed project documentation, oversee project scope, schedule, and deployment.
 * Address and mitigate project risks, spearheading problem resolution to ensure project success.
 * Foster a collaborative international work environment, respecting and integrating diverse cultural perspectives in project planning and execution.
