You do not need prior experience in the Subscription Management domain. We are looking for strong backend engineering skills and the ability to learn a complex business domain. AI is already an important part of how we work at Swapfiets. You will collaborate with our strong AI team and use leading AI tools to improve how we build software and solve problems. You will also help colleagues discover and apply these tools effectively and responsibly. Nice to have for the ride: * Experience with subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments or Stripe. * Experience with financial data or reconciliation. * Experience with event-driven systems and asynchronous workflows. * Experience migrating from legacy systems to modern services. * Experience with infrastructure as code. ## Description Hi, we are Swapfiets! We are on a mission to make cities more liveable by getting more people on bikes. To make sure our members can enjoy the ride, we take care of everything around their bike subscription. Subscription Management is at the heart of that experience. Our systems manage the subscription lifecycle, including changes, pricing, billing, payments and cancellations. We are continuing to evolve this domain, complete our migration from the legacy platform and build a strong foundation for the future. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us make that happen. You will work on complex problems, build reliable software and have a visible impact on our members and our business.
