We are unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. ## Description * Lead a team of architects and set the teams direction. * Contribute to our Solution, Design and Architecture Senior Leadership team. * Challenge the status quo and deliver value through improved, coherent architecture. * Work with Enterprise Architecture colleagues to create solutions aligned with HMRCs IT strategy and business outcomes. * Work with delivery teams and partners to ensure solution designs are implemented. * Manage architecture for major programmes, including those with significant size and complexity, and keep programmes aligned with business and technical strategies. * Use an agile approach to solve problems from shaping through design to delivery, creating proof of concepts, prototypes and technical or functional spikes to explore ideas and reduce delivery risk. * Engage senior stakeholders, articulate solution architecture to the business and help drive transformational change and delivery. The salary range is £71,725-£87,612 per year, with access to a capability-based allowance subject to assessment and role requirements.
