* Lead our service delivery, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
 * Set high standards for operational performance and strengthen our cyber resilience
 * Ensure our cloud and on-premise technology is reliable, secure and easy to use
 * Help shape strategy and lead service improvement
 * Manage key technology partners
 * Lead our resilience and response to major incidents, including managing cybersecurity or service incidents whenever they occur
 * Lead management of the on-call and out-of-hours rota
 * Build digital capability across West Kent
 * Deputise for the Digital Technology Director when required
