## About the Role

Hands-on experience working with electrical and electronic systems. Experience with component disassembly and soldering. Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project and production deadlines. Good communication skills and the confidence to work with technicians, engineers, customers and other stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Essential Skills Electronics fault-finding and debugging. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Test procedure development. Root cause analysis. Experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs and data
acquisition equipment. Desirable SkillsExperience with any of the following would be advantageous: LabVIEW or TestStand. C/C++ programming. ICT or Flying Probe programming and support. ## Description

production testing and associated test equipment. Develop test methods and procedures to support production activities. Train technicians in the correct use of test equipment and procedures. Investigate failed or fatigued electronic components and carry out root cause analysis. Produce detailed technical test reports and communicate findings to project teams. Support the ongoing development and improvement of production test processes. Liaise with internal departments, customers and external test facilities as required. Provide regular progress and status updates to project teams and the Engineering Manager. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues affecting production test capability. Undertake additional engineering duties as requested by the Engineering Manager. About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have: A degree-level qualification, or equivalent experience, in an engineering discipline.
