## Description

automation environment is relatively immature, with approximately 5% of planned automation currently completed and a significant roadmap of modules still to develop and architect. This role is focused on practical Python development, hardware test automation, problem-solving, and building reliable, maintainable solutions to boost production test capabilities. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and architect Python scripts for hardware test automation across ancillary products.Configure and control physical test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analysers, VNAs, PCBAs), read measurements, and analyse resulting data in sequential, non-time-critical workflows.Refactor, reformat, and standardize existing scripts-including code drafted by non-engineers or AI-to ensure compliance with production coding standards, maintainability, and reusability.Take test requirements from concept through design, integration, troubleshooting, and regression testing into a production-ready state.Work with
