* Previous experience in an HR, Recruitment or People Administration role
 * Experience administering HR systems
 * Experience supporting a HR system implementation, migration or upgrade project
 * Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding activities and occupational health referrals
 * Strong administration and organisational skills
 * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

## Description

As an HR & Systems Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the implementation and enhancement of HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data and helping to improve HR processes. Alongside project work, you'll provide essential HR and recruitment administration support to colleagues and managers across the business.

What You Will Be Doing:

 * Supporting HR system implementation, upgrades and improvement projects.
 * Assisting with system testing, data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
 * Maintaining and auditing employee records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
 * Preparing HR documentation including contracts, offer letters and employee correspondence.
 * Coordinating recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
 * Arranging occupational health referrals, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
 * Producing HR reports and supporting data analysis activities.
 * Supporting colleagues and managers with HR system and process queries.
 * Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and systems.
