This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship while contributing to the execution of our software engineering strategy.You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.Key Responsibilities Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and hands-on supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the
