This could be the perfect fit for you and us. * Mandatory: Deep understanding of UK Payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and operational processes. * Proven experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, or Payroll Systems Consultant. * Proven experience configuring or implementing payroll platforms in a SaaS or B2B tech environment. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and regulatory challenges. * Comfortable working across departments and engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Clear communicator, capable of delivering guidance and support with empathy and precision. * A passion for delivering success - you're a client-focused team player who thrives on solving challenges. * A self-starter attitude - you're resourceful, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve processes. * Fluent in English - written and spoken. * CIPP qualification or equivalent is preferred.
