* Design and define complex Juniper solutions addressing customer business challenges across Enterprise LAN/WLAN, Data Centre, and AI.
 * Engage with partners, vendors, and end customers to understand requirements and develop tailored solution strategies.
 * Provide technical leadership across high-value opportunities from initial engagement through successful delivery.
 * Lead and coordinate internal, partner, and vendor technical resources across complex projects.
 * Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
 * Conduct customer and partner workshops, discovery sessions, and site visits.
 * Support commercial teams in developing technical proposals and solution designs.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer, partner, and vendor stakeholders.
 * Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Drive solution adoption through technical enablement and knowledge-sharing activities.
 * Maintain advanced technical certifications and stay at the forefront of industry innovation and emerging technologies.
 * Champion best-practice architecture, governance, and delivery standards.
