 * Kotlin is desirable.
 * We want experience in estimation and sizing.
 * We require experience in integration and API design.
 * We are looking for proficiency in cloud technologies.
 * We want an appetite to work with emerging AI technologies.
 * We require SC eligibility.

## Description

* Provide technical leadership within a team to coordinate and deliver scalable, secure solutions in line with industry best practices.
 * Work within a project management and agile delivery methodology to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software applications.
 * Take technical ownership of a product or software solution, covering design, estimation, shaping, and user story or requirement creation.
 * Document solutions, including architecture, configuration, release, and support handover.
 * Collaborate and liaise with stakeholders and end users throughout the software development lifecycle, including PMs, BAs, Testing, Product, and others.
 * Clearly communicate technical designs in conversation, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders of various technical abilities.
 * Provide effective knowledge transfer to team members and customers.
 * Manage, coach, and develop junior members of our team and the wider community.
 * Foster a positive working environment and facilitate team collaboration and communication.
