* We are looking for an SAP Finance Solution Architect with strong SAP functional and technical leadership experience.
 * We need someone with deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and integration frameworks.
 * We require experience across multiple SAP Finance modules and SuccessFactors.
 * We are seeking someone who can act as a trusted advisor on SAP capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
 * We value experience supporting the full solution lifecycle, from greenfield implementation through to a stable solution.
 * We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders across IT and business functions.
 * We require the ability to define future-state architecture and guide solution design decisions.
 * We prefer a candidate who is comfortable working in a hybrid model with at least 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.

* We provide SAP functional and technical leadership and guidance throughout the full solution lifecycle.
 * We oversee and govern the implementation, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.
 * We advise stakeholders on SAP capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
 * We support and govern the integration of SAP with existing systems and third-party applications.
 * We collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define future-state architecture.
 * We help ensure SAP solutions are delivered effectively from initial implementation to steady-state operation.
